The hotel is perfectly situated for those who prize tranquility and seclusion. the staff members at the reception were notably friendly and helpful. the rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, with options for both traditional Ethiopian and international cuisine available at the restaurant. Some facilities such as temperature-controlled showers and wifi are available.
The hotel's location means that it is some distance from major tourist attractions.

During my Easter stay, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They offered a complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions.
My overall experience was not great. the room was small and had very little natural light.

The bed was comfy and we appreciated the variety of dishes for breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had a 24-hour restaurant for late night eats.
The area around the hotel wasn't great, and it wasn't close to any tourist attractions. The room we had was in poor condition with peeling wallpaper and a cramped feel.

The staff at Haven Hotel were exceptional in their friendliness and support during my stay. Their communication was excellent and they made me feel welcome throughout. We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and the hotel facilities were top-notch. We were able to easily park our car and the transportation links were excellent, with a metro station just a minute away. The location was perfect for our business trip and we were pleasantly surprised with the complimentary breakfast every morning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better.
Can't fault the property in any way.
